Returns & Refund Policy

We believe that you will be 100% satisfied with your product, but occasionally you may need to return an item.

Cancelled or Unwanted Items:

You can cancel your order and return it to us within 30 days of the purchase date if it is in it’s original condition, completely unused, and suitable for resale.

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us, and we suggest you use a secure delivery method (which requires a signature upon delivery).

Refunds are made within a week of an order being cancelled and the goods having been returned to us along with the original receipt.

If you refuse a delivery of a shipment, you will be credited the purchase price less all return shipping charges.

Faulty Items:

You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time. Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your
item as this may be needed should there be a fault. In the unlikely event that you have a faulty item, you may find it quicker and easier to
contact the manufacturer directly so that they can rectify the problem for you. Our warranty covers all manufacturing defects and does not
cover faults arising from poor/improper use.

As for normal returns, you must contact us by email or phone before returning any goods, so we can give you a specific returns number.

Regarding postage costs of returned items, if the item is deemed to be faulty we will cover the return postage costs to us. If it is just a standard unwanted return you as a consumer will cover the postage charge for returning the product to us.

Returns Authorisation:
