We warrant to the original consumer purchaser that the product is free of defects in materials or workmanship for two years from the date of purchase (sales receipt is required to provide proof of purchase).
If the Product proves defective during the warranty period, we will provide you with theĀ instructions for the return, and we will take one of the following actions: (i) replace theĀ Product with a product that is the same or equivalent to the Product you purchased; (ii)Ā repair the Product; or (iii) refund to you the whole of or part of the purchase price of theĀ Product.
This warranty is valid only if the product has been assembled and maintained per the instructions. Any modifications made to the original product or product structure may render the warranty invalid.
This warranty does not cover abuse, accident, cosmetic issues such as fading or scratches from the normal wear, or any other cause not arising from defects in material and workmanship.
